1. Dried fruits. Fruits are nature's gift 

 

2. Non-salted pretzels. Pretzels are quick energy boosters

3. Granola bars. Nothing like a nutritious high-fiber snack to keep you going and going.

 

4. Yogurt. Another good source of tasty stuff that your body need

 

5. Cereal. Dry cereal is a fast and easy to pop-in-your mouth snack and is a good source of everything.
